Although we aim to deliver all items within 48 hours, please allow 7 days for delivery. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
For security reasons we can only dispatch goods to the billing address specified on the account. (unless previously agreed)
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the goods (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error
please keep all original packaging if your item needs to be returned to us we will not accept liability for items damaged due to insufficient packaging if the item is returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge
When receiving delivery please check goods before signing delivery note as we are unable to consider claims for damages that are signed for as "received in good condition".
